Chasing Fall --> The 4500 miler

This September, I flew out to Alaska to explore the coast with my dear friend and native alaskan, Adave. What an amazing landscape, these photos barely do it justice. With the help of the Alaskan Marine Highway and a whole lot a caffeine, we drove through the Yukon, northern BC and Alberta and arrived to Montana in just over a week. From there, we grabbed our other soul sista Alyssa and ventured south to the Tetons. Our final destination: the Utah desert. We were essentially chasing fall throughout our roadtrip; as the month progressed, the weather got increasingly warmer, and man did the dry, hot sun feel amazing on our northern skin (it rained everyday in Alaska)...
The most treasured item in our tetris subaru: our bikes. We biked almost everyday on the drive... Kermit was the only one to suffer, his deurailer decided to do a little gymnastics... outcome was not great.
